MasjidConnect is a community-powered platform that helps Muslims discover, connect with, and support masjids worldwide. Our services include masjid listings, prayer times, reviews, donations, and community features.

3. User Accounts

Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update this information as necessary.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you submit to MasjidConnect (reviews, photos, masjid submissions, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

Content Standards

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or inaccurate
• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains offensive, hateful, or discriminatory material
• Contains malicious code or spam

5. Donations

All donations made through MasjidConnect are processed securely through Stripe. We do not charge any fees—100% of your donation goes directly to the selected masjid. Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Masjid Administrator Responsibilities

If you are a masjid administrator, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your masjid
• Maintain accurate prayer times
• Respond to community enquiries in a timely manner
• Use donations solely for the benefit of the masjid

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Harvest or collect user information
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

MasjidConnect and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MasjidConnect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our platform, including prayer times and masjid information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasjidConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MasjidConnect harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
